Brief History: The young juvinle name thomas or "tommy" was created by the powerful mutant Scarlet Witch, otherwise known as Wanda Maximoff who, able to manipulate reality bore herself two twin boys. She named the boys William and Thomas and rose them with her husband the AI known as "The Vision" until they reached a certain age. It was at this age the demon Mephisto took their souls, which he claimed were rightfully his and combined them with a part of his own entity.Upon the Deafeat of the demon he realesed there souls and there bodies
Appearance:Thomas has a striking resemblance to Quicksilver as well as Wiccan.

Supersonic Speed: Speed is superhumanly fast and his top speed is unknown, but he can exceed the speed of sound.
Molecular Destabilization: He can also generate hyper-kinetic vibrations that accelerate the molecules in matter, causing any solid object he directs his vibrations at to explode.
Superhuman Reflexes: He probably has reflexes beyond the abilities of the finest athlete, because of his super-speed.
Superhuman Agility: He probably has agility beyond the abilities of the finest athlete, because of his super-speed.
Superhuman Durability: He can probably withstand intense friction and intense impacts considering how running at super-speed doesn't seem to cause him discomfort.
